About Visioneering MT

Consultations and enquiries

The advertised initial consultation is free and lasts approximately 20 minutes. Submitting an enquiry requests a conversation; it does not automatically confirm an appointment, purchase a service or create a project contract. We will arrange the next step with you.

Scope and pricing

Published prices start at €300 setup and €100 per month, depending on scope. One-time builds may also be available. These are starting prices, not a fixed quote for every business. Deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, payment schedule, third-party charges and ongoing support should be agreed in writing before work starts.

Services are modular. A website or enquiry workflow may be the starting point; review requests, retention or assisted messaging are included only when agreed. The Fort Fitness example is a working reply-assistance pilot requiring owner review and manual sending, not an autonomous product.

Responsibilities and ownership

You should have permission to supply the content and data used in a project. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer information through this website’s contact form. Ownership, access credentials, licensed assets, hosting responsibilities and handover arrangements must be specified in the project agreement; these website terms do not change an existing agreement.

Changes and ongoing arrangements

Changes to scope, maintenance, ongoing fees and cancellation arrangements should follow the written agreement for that project. Website examples and general descriptions do not add commitments to an existing contract. Third-party products may have separate terms and charges.

Examples and estimates

Published case studies describe the work shown and are not guarantees of results for another business. Demonstrations are labelled and use fictional details. The homepage calculator estimates current monthly admin time from your inputs. It does not promise that all of that time can be recovered.

Acceptable use and external links

Do not use this website to send spam, harmful code or unlawful content, or try to access systems without permission. Linked websites and messaging services are operated separately. We cannot promise their availability or control changes they make.
