Who to contact
Visioneering MT is a founder-led service based in Malta. For a question about your information, contact Roberto at visioneeringmt@gmail.com or +356 7931 5845.
When you make an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number and a description of what you need. Please do not include passwords, financial information, health details or information about your customers. There is no required email field.
We use your details to respond, arrange the consultation you requested and discuss a potential project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in protecting the website. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and service providers
The website and its form are hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms and passed to Visioneering MT so we can reply. Hosting and spam protection can process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the relevant email or messaging provider also processes the conversation under its own terms. Links to social networks do not load their tracking scripts here. Project examples are sanitised static previews, not connections to live customer systems.
Cookies and optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is off unless we turn it on. When disabled, we do not show a consent banner or load Google Analytics. Necessary hosting and security processing may still occur.
If enabled, analytics loads only after you explicitly accept it. You can reject it, change your preferences, or withdraw permission using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. Your choice is stored locally for up to six months.
Optional analytics measures page visits, consultation-link clicks and successfully accepted enquiries. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, form text, URL query strings or URL fragments. Google Analytics may process online identifiers, IP-derived location and device information, including through international infrastructure. Analytics cookies are configured for up to six months.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Records needed for a contract or legal obligation may require a different period. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
